Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to track the progress of your return.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or ship your new fragrance within 5-7 business days.
